Stickmup Graphics – Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

At Stickmup Graphics, all products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders.

Custom Orders

All items produced by Stickmup Graphics are custom-made based on the specifications provided and approved by the customer. Because of this:

• No returns or refunds will be issued on custom items
• Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified
• Customers are responsible for ensuring all artwork, sizes, colors, and details are correct before approval

Custom products are typically non-returnable because they cannot be resold or reused .

Proof Approval

Before production, customers may receive a proof/mockup for approval. By approving the proof:

• You confirm all details are correct
• You accept full responsibility for any errors not corrected before approval

Damaged or Defective Items (Limited Exception)

We only address issues if the product is:

• Damaged during shipping, or
• Defective due to a production error on our part

If this occurs:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the issue
• We will review and determine if a replacement is warranted

(We do not offer refunds—replacement only, at our discretion.)

Many sign companies follow similar policies where only defects or company errors qualify for correction .

Customer Responsibility

Stickmup Graphics is not responsible for:

• Spelling errors approved in proofs
• Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer
• Installation issues or misuse after delivery
• Color differences due to screen vs. print variations

Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Stickmup Graphics, you acknowledge and agree to this no return / no refund policy.
