Stickmup Graphics – Terms of Service

By placing an order with Stickmup Graphics, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom Work

All products are custom-made to your specifications. It is your responsibility to ensure all details (design, size, colors, spelling, etc.) are correct before approval.

2. Proof Approval

Once you approve a design proof, the order will move into production. Stickmup Graphics is not responsible for errors that were approved in the proof.

3. Payments

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

4. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom items.

5. Production & Turnaround

Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on workload, materials, or unforeseen delays.

6. Installation & Use

Stickmup Graphics is not responsible for issues related to installation, improper use, or damage after delivery.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If the issue is due to our error, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

8. Design Ownership

Stickmup Graphics retains the right to use photos of completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested.
