Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location.
- Once shipped, delivery times are out of our control
- Stickmup Graphics is not responsible for carrier delays
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided in your quote.
Order Tracking
If available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Additional fees may apply to reship orders
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order leaves our shop, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly
- We will assist when possible but do not guarantee replacements for carrier-related issues
Local Pickup (If Applicable)
Local pickup may be available by appointment. Customers will be notified when their order is ready.
